The association El Niño, association loi 1901 (Siret: 517 523 585 00019) is named after its experience in humanitarian missions in Bolivia.

In 2001, the association equipped the hospital El Nino de la Paz  with two paediatric anaesthesia units and a dental practice.

In 2002, artificial respiration devices, cardiograms and incubators were donated.

In 2003, donation of wheelchairs and physiotherapy equipment.
In 2004, many donations of equipment for the city of La Paz (health, toys, school).
In 2005 a 30 m3 container of material was transported to the mining town of Potosi.
In 2007, we completed our work in Bolivia with the shipment of a container of one tonne of medical and school equipment.

In 2008, our action was directed to another country, Costa Rica
For 15 years now, and as part of La Transtica, we have been providing very substantial assistance to children in schools in Costa Rica.

This assistance is provided through donations of school supplies and funding for school renovation projects.

In 2012, to better manage our projects and have legal representation in Costa Rica, we created the association “Deportiva El Niño” (cédula jurídica no. 3-002-658336).

His office is Franco-Costarricense and the current president is Mr Manuel Gonzales, who also represents our race locally.

The association also has about 15 members.
