Friday November 27th, 2026
- Breakfast.
- Transfer to Manuel Antonio by private bus (approximately 4.5 hours drive).
- Stop at Rio Tarcoles with the possibility of seeing crocodiles.
- Check in at the hotel.
- Lunch.
- Prologue Playas des Pacifico, 6 km.
- Dinner.
- Overnight at the hotel.
- Petit déjeuner.
Day 3 : Stage 1
Saturday November 28th, 2026
Villa Nueva – Sta Maria de Dota

Temperature: 30° at start, temperate at end. Altitude: Departure 75 m, Arrival 1600 m, Culmination 1970m. Tracks, rolling on the beginning, great difference in altitude on the second part. Tropical forest, pastures and coffee plantations at altitude.
Day 4 : Stage 2

Sta Maria de Dota – La Esperanza

Temperatures: temperate at the beginning, fresh on arrival 14/16°. Altitude Start 1970 m, Finish 2450 m, highest point 2900 m. Tracks, trails and roads, profile up and down . High-altitude tropical rain forest, coffee plantations.
Day 5 : Stage 3
Monday November 30th, 2026
La Esperanza – El Humo

Temperatures: temperate at the beginning, warmer on arrival (25°) Altitude: Start 2448 m, Finish 688 m, Peak 2842 m. tracks, Trails, ford crossing, descending profile. Jungle, pastures, coffee and sugar cane plantations.
Day 6 : Stage 4
Tuesday December 1st, 2026
El Humo – San Pablo

Day 7: Transfer to the Caribbean coast
Wednesday December 2nd, 2026
Transfer day.

- Bus transfer to the Caribbean coast (approximately 3.5 hours).
- Lunch.
- Free afternoon.
- Overnight stay in hotel and dinner.
Day 8 : Stage 5
Thursday December 3rd, 2026
Playa Negra – Manzanillo

Transfer back to San José

Trip back home
